Tinder Thursdays Terms and Conditions

1. Offers available for Tinder users only. In redeeming an offer, you recognise you may be asked to show your Tinder profile to venue staff to validate you are a Tinder user. An offer may be denied to you if you are unable to prove you are a Tinder user
2. Must be +18yrs to redeem "Tinder Thursdays" offers. Tinder +18yrs only.
3. "Tinder Thursdays" offers for a limited time only at listed venues, ending 28th November 2024. Offers subject to availability. No rain checks provided.
4. Tinder & Bondi Lines reserve the right to cancel "Tinder Thursdays" offers at any time during the promotional period.
5. Venues listed will be responsible for providing deals & have the right to refuse service.
6. Tinder users can redeem an offer at a venue once per venue over the promotional period.
7. Offer cannot be substituted for cash or any other value.
8. By participating in Tinder Thursdays, You consent and agree that any in venue images or videos (including without limitation your likeness and your voice) taken with you present can be used by both Bondi Lines & Tinder for any commercial or marketing purposes they deem appropriate, without any further reference to you and without any compensation due to you.
9. Any issue with redeeming the offer or service provided must be taken up with the venue. The promoters are not responsible for your experience before or in the venue.
10. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify the promoters for any and all liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses of every kind, including attorney fees arising out of or in connection with your participation in any of the events.
11. You hereby agree that you are aware of all risks, foreseeable and unforeseeable when participating in Tinder Thursdays. To the maximum extent permissible under applicable laws, you hereby release the promoters and their respective directors, trustees, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, successors, and assigns from any and all liability for, and waive any and all claims for injury, loss, or damage in any way connected with your participation in Tinder Thursdays.
