Taylor's Rooftop
69-73 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000, AustraliaUpcoming Events
Heaps of stairs to get to the bar. Corporate drinks until 9ish on a friday and saturday then a small, young DF Taylors Roof is the top of the Republic Hotel in the city. It's a few flights up, so expect to be puffed when you get there. It has an open air roof, that can close when it is raining. There aren't any views as the roof is pretty high. It is a bit of a mix between an after work drinks spot, which attracts a corporate crowd, and a cool spot for young people to go with a DJ. It makes it a real mix of ages, and means to dance floor on Friday and Saturday night can be volatile. Some nights it's wild, other nights it's pretty tamed. It also isn't a massive space.
Older corporate drinks transitions into a younger crowd small dance floor on weekends but not weekdays. City rooftop without views.
